Join us on 1700 acres of privately leased land located in the Mississippi Fly-Away. Our hunting grounds are the last stop for thousands of migrating waterfowl including Mallards, Pintail, Teal, Widgeon, Scaup, Shoveler, Gadwall Redhead, Bufflehead, and many more.
We operate from Gator Trax Hybird mudboats with pop-up bamboo blinds and always ensure a comfortable and successful hunt virtually anywhere! Captain Elliot is extremely meticulous about the entire hunting experience: from camouflage, to decoy set up, using professional duck calls and highly trained hunting dogs. At the end of the day, your Inshore Rip Charters hunting trip it’s all about having a good time. We use Benelli Super Black Eagle 2 & 3 Shotguns with Rio Ammo.
Our goal is to call the birds into the decoys feet down for the best shot for you. It is not uncommon to harvest as many as six to nine different species during a single hunt. The morning hunt usually ends around 10:30 am. We will clean and process the mornings bag.
Gratuity is accepted but not expected.
Only in Sportsman’s Paradise can you enjoy a waterfowl season from November through February and a special 3-week teal season from mid-September through the end of September. We offer morning hunts and a Cast and Blast special as well.

All persons 16 yrs and older are required to purchase a license prior to your scheduled hunt. Hunting Licenses can be purchased online or by calling 1-800-765-2602. Please take the time to also read the Louisiana Migratory and Waterfowl regulations.
Extra Items You Might Want To Bring
- Camouflage clothing and hat. Face masks are recommended.
- Knee boots are sufficient, hip or chest waders keep you cleaner when weather conditions are poor.
- 12 or 20 gauge shotguns are preferred for the hunting portion of the trip along with #4 steel shot.
- Large ice chest to carry your birds home.
- Rain gear.
